Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documentation, orientation, and training coordination. Support offboarding processes to ensure compliance and a smooth transition.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Data Management: Prepare HR metrics and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to assist in decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate documentation and reporting practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position, requiring flexibility to accommodate different time zones as needed. Standard working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility based on team collaboration.
