About the Role
We’re seeking a talented and driven ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team in Santa Clara. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You’ll work closely with global HR teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners to enhance functionality, optimize workflows, and deliver a seamless employee experience.
You’ll not only manage day-to-day development but also contribute to long-term platform strategy and innovation, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Design & Develop HRSD solutions, including modules such as Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Lifecycle Events.

Collaborate with global HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof technical solutions.

Integrate and align with broader ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring adherence to enterprise governance and security standards.

Automate & Optimize workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs.

Test & Deploy features through unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases.

Troubleshoot & Support HRSD-specific issues, partnering with IT for cross-platform concerns.

Document configurations, customizations, and deployments for transparency and future reference.

Innovate & Improve by staying current with HRSD updates, recommending enhancements, and contributing to the strategic roadmap.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing HRSD solutions, including HR profile management and HR-specific integrations.

Experience working across multi-instance environments (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod).

Strong collaboration skills with global teams across different time zones.

ServiceNow HRSD Certification is required.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.

Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
