Cigna Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent, building a diverse and high-performing workforce, and ensuring that Cigna continues to grow and innovate. As an HR Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Cigna’s talent pool, supporting recruitment efforts across various business units, and contributing to Cigna’s commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within Cigna, from creating job descriptions and posting vacancies to interviewing candidates and extending offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, and more) to proactively identify top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective strategies for attracting top candidates. Provide guidance and expertise throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Strategy: Develop and implement creative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates for critical roles across Cigna.
- Interviewing & Selection: Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Work closely with hiring teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Lead initiatives to attract diverse talent and ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are prioritized in the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, efficient, and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador for Cigna, showcasing our culture and values.
- Employer Branding: Promote Cigna’s employer brand through engaging recruitment marketing efforts, leveraging social media, career fairs, and industry events to highlight the benefits of working at Cigna.
- Market Insights & Trends: Stay current with market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, including behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and job boards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for healthcare or insurance industry roles is a plus.
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS certification).
- Familiarity with recruiting technologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Experience in diversity recruiting or working with DEI initiatives.
