Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Human Resource Executive to join our growing team at Fresher Jobs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Assist with the development and implementation of performance management programs, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, handle payroll administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and support employee development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing company events, surveys, and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software and databases is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply, though previous internship or work experience in HR is advantageous.
  • Experience with recruitment or HR administration is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, with flexible working hours based on business needs.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during recruitment drives or company events.
