Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training coordination.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing and implementing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement HR initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.
