Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR department in managing various administrative functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Help manage employee benefits and assist with payroll processing.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations by assisting in audits and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR practices is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive approach to tasks with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
