Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR department in managing various administrative functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized, and passionate about contributing to the success of our employees and the organization as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Help manage employee benefits and assist with payroll processing.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations by assisting in audits and record-keeping.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR practices is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive approach to tasks with a strong sense of initiative.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
