Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
- Employee Engagement: Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance Management: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation for audits.
- Policy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs for employees.
- Support HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a coordinator or administrative capacity.
- Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours. Must be available for core team meetings during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM in the relevant time zone).
