Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Collaborate with management to implement performance review processes and ensure employees receive constructive feedback and development opportunities.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR databases to track employee information and performance metrics.
  • Culture and Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, with core hours from 10 AM to 4 PM (GMT).
