Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Executive to join our team. This position is crucial for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our employees needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on employee evaluations and development plans.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment tools and techniques, as well as employee training and development.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate varying schedules. Standard hours are expected to align with business needs, typically 9 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of occasional extended hours during peak recruitment seasons.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR-related issues.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
