Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Administer benefits programs, compensation, and performance management systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance performance and career growth.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Participate in HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and wellness programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, HR best practices, and labor laws to ensure the companys HR policies are current.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR function.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
- Prior exposure to hybrid or remote work environments is beneficial.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, Hybrid work schedule.
- Flexible work hours, with an expectation of in-office presence 2-3 days a week.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during high-volume recruitment periods or projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of current HR trends and employment laws.
- Ability to handle complex HR issues and offer creative, effective solutions.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates a proactive, service-oriented approach to HR management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
