HR Service Jobs
Job Summary: HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources (HR) Associate to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with HR managers and other team members to ensure that our HR practices align with company policies and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboard new employees, including preparing onboarding materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases with employee information.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and conducting exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and assist with training and development programs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing HR reports, managing HR documentation, and processing HR-related paperwork.
- Assist in the organization and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or large organizational setting.
- Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding is highly desirable.
- Previous experience using HR software and databases is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required based on project needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
