Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager with expertise in Payroll and Compliance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implement HR policies that support our organizational goals. This role requires a meticulous professional with a strong background in human resources management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal and business requirements.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compliance.
- Conduct audits of payroll and HR processes to identify and address discrepancies or potential risks.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports.
- Provide guidance and training to HR staff on compliance matters and best practices.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns related to payroll or compliance issues.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and recommend necessary adjustments to policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience in payroll management and HR compliance (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional relationships.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources management role with a focus on payroll and compliance.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, handling diverse HR functions.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible working hours may be considered).
- Hybrid work model available based on company policy.
