Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining HR operations and enhancing employee experience. You will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring our HR practices align with company values and objectives. Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including orientation, training coordination, and resource allocation.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness, to inform decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within HR operations and contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR operations role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant labor laws.
- Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources operations, recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote team environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
Working Hours
This is a full-time remote position. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (your local time). Flexibility may be required during peak periods or for team meetings across different time zones.
