Key Responsibilities

  • HR Process Management: Develop, implement, and optimize HR processes and policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and effective support.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition, and manage offboarding procedures in compliance with company policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate HR metrics and reports to provide insights into employee performance, turnover, and other key HR initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources operations or related fields.
  • Experience in remote work environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successful HR project management and process improvement.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with the expectation of availability during core business hours (GMT) to facilitate collaboration with the team.
