Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance workforce performance and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will specialize in human resources development, including employee training, talent acquisition, and organizational planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skill sets.
  • Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Facilitate career development plans and succession planning.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or PHR) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on HR development.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible work arrangements available).

  • Expertise in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ability to design and conduct impactful training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR metrics and data.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
