Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for energetic and self-driven individuals to join our growing Ed-Tech division as Inside Sales Associates. This is a golden opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their professional journey in a high-growth industry from the comfort of home. You will be the first point of contact for potential students, helping them understand our educational offerings and guiding them to make informed enrollment decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, or chat to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable courses.

Conduct virtual counseling sessions to explain product features, pricing, and value propositions.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow-ups and regular communication.

Handle objections professionally and guide potential students towards conversion.

Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.

Track and report daily call metrics, lead conversions, and other performance KPIs.

Deliver high-quality customer experience and maintain positive relationships for future business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (recent graduates welcome).

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of sales or customer interaction is a plus.

Comfortable speaking on phone/video calls and handling objections.

Ability to understand and explain Ed-Tech solutions clearly.

Strong listening skills and empathy to understand customer pain points.
Experience

Freshers are welcome – Full training and onboarding provided.

Internship or part-time experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a bonus.
Working Hours

6 Days a Week (Sunday off)

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

Flexibility required for occasional weekend webinars or events.
