Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with the expectation to maintain availability for client calls and meetings as required. Core hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM (GMT), but flexibility is offered.
