Integration Support Engineer, Amazon Business

Job Summary

As an Integration Support Engineer for Amazon Business, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of our services with customers internal systems. You will provide technical expertise, resolve integration-related issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. This is a key role that contributes directly to our mission of delivering exceptional business solutions to customers globally. Your role will be pivotal in managing complex integrations, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring the successful deployment of integration solutions for Amazon Business customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Support: Provide end-to-end support for the integration of Amazon Business services with clients internal systems, including ERP, procurement, and order management systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for integration-related issues, investigate problems, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and sales teams, to address client needs and improve integration processes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation on integration processes, issue resolution, and escalation paths. Produce regular reports on system performance and client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to prevent future issues, enhancing the overall integration process and customer experience.
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers regularly to ensure the successful implementation and smooth operation of integrations, providing technical guidance and assistance as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and web services.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet business needs.

Experience

  • Education: A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integration support, technical support, or a related role, with a proven track record in working with cloud-based solutions, SaaS products, or ERP systems.
  • Preferred: Experience working in the e-commerce, cloud computing, or business services sectors is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This position requires full-time availability, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of flexibility for urgent support cases.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be needed depending on integration deadlines or critical issues.
