Amazon Business is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-obsessed Integration Support Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end technical support for onboarding and integration of enterprise clients with Amazon Business systems.

Serve as a subject matter expert on APIs, file-based data exchange, punchout, and other integration technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth and timely deployments.

Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and sales teams to streamline integration processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Author detailed documentation, FAQs, and solution guides to empower customers and reduce friction during integrations.

Provide post-integration technical support and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while prioritizing competing demands.

Analyze performance trends and escalate systemic issues for long-term resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

Proficient in integration tools and protocols such as EDI, SFTP, cXML, and punchout catalogs.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Clear and effective communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record of delivering integration projects in a fast-paced environment.

Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience

3+ years of experience in a technical support, integration engineering, or customer-facing engineering role.

Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex integration workflows.

Previous experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus.

Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure preferred.
Working Hours
