Job Summary

As an Integration Support Engineer at Amazon Business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between our platforms and our customers systems. You will be the primary technical liaison, responsible for providing expert support and guidance to both internal teams and external partners. Your focus will be on troubleshooting, optimizing integration processes, and enhancing customer experience by leveraging technical expertise and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide top-tier technical support for integration issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting processes and resolving challenges efficiently.
  • Integration Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance functionality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their integration needs, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor integration performance metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues proactively.
  • Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams and customers to empower them in utilizing integration tools effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including product management, sales, and customer support, to align integration efforts with broader business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of integration methodologies and technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP, web services).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or integration engineering role, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and delivering high-quality support.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time position, with a standard working schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project demands and customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms (AWS experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
