Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is currently hiring motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of International Call Center Executive (Entry Level). The role involves handling customer queries across different global time zones, providing quality support via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively by providing accurate and complete information.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, service offerings, and company protocols.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and email systems.

  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment (if working remotely).


Experience

  • No prior experience required – this is an entry-level position.

  • Prior customer service, call center, or BPO experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

  • On-the-job training will be provided.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts including night shifts to cater to international clients (U.S., U.K., Australia, etc.).

  • 5 or 6 days a week depending on project requirements.

  • Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if required.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic understanding of customer service best practices.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
