  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the Fresher Job brand and attract potential candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of global labor markets and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
