What You will Do

As a Summer Intern, you will:

  • Implement business plans within your assigned area by setting goals, coordinating schedules, managing workloads, and tracking results to achieve facility targets.
  • Identify and resolve concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers by consulting with cross-functional partners and recommending corrective actions.
  • Analyze and manage performance through reviewing business reports, monitoring productivity, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring compliance with company policies and logistics procedures, and supporting ongoing training and documentation.
  • Lead and develop associates by assigning tasks, coaching team members, providing feedback, and supporting hiring and training processes.
  • Support technology systems by overseeing hardware and software installations, coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting with IT partners, and managing system inventory.
  • Drive business improvements by collaborating with stakeholders, identifying needs, implementing best practices, and supporting organizational change.
  • Model Walmart values by acting with integrity, fostering inclusion, and supporting a culture of respect, innovation, and continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
  • Expected graduation: Between December 2025 – August 2026.
  • Experience: 0–1 years of relevant full-time work (internships and research experience welcome).
