What You will Do
As a Summer Intern, you will:
- Implement business plans within your assigned area by setting goals, coordinating schedules, managing workloads, and tracking results to achieve facility targets.
- Identify and resolve concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers by consulting with cross-functional partners and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyze and manage performance through reviewing business reports, monitoring productivity, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring compliance with company policies and logistics procedures, and supporting ongoing training and documentation.
- Lead and develop associates by assigning tasks, coaching team members, providing feedback, and supporting hiring and training processes.
- Support technology systems by overseeing hardware and software installations, coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting with IT partners, and managing system inventory.
- Drive business improvements by collaborating with stakeholders, identifying needs, implementing best practices, and supporting organizational change.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Expected graduation: Between December 2025 – August 2026.
- Experience: 0–1 years of relevant full-time work (internships and research experience welcome).
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
