The Honeywell Summer Internship Program offers a paid, immersive, three-month experience designed to give students hands-on exposure to real-world business challenges. Interns work on meaningful projects aligned with their academic background while gaining insight into business management, corporate finance, marketing, and operations—supporting a General Manager–focused perspective.
About the Role
As a Finance/Business Intern, you will play an active role in supporting financial and strategic initiatives across the business. You will assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and process improvement.

Location
This position is available at multiple locations across the United States.
Final placement will be determined based on business needs, candidate experience, and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market analysis
- Collaborate with product line leaders on strategic initiatives
- Assist in developing customer value propositions
- Support business plan development and execution
- Contribute to financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities
- Participate in process improvement projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, or a business-related field from an accredited institution
- Graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Must remain enrolled in a degree program following completion of the internship
