About the Role

Join our dynamic team at the forefront of Formula 1 innovation, where you will gain hands-on experience across mechanical, electronic, and hybrid systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the sports most talented engineers, contributing to the design and build of high-performance components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced build teams on a range of mechanical, electronic, and hybrid products.

  • Gain practical experience assembling and building critical system components.

  • Receive training in Siemens NX CAD software and support design-related tasks.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and new build procedures.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance product reliability and quality.

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Bring innovative thinking and fresh ideas to help overcome engineering challenges and maintain our competitive edge.

What We are Looking For

  • A driven, curious, and resilient individual ready to excel in a high-performance environment.

  • Predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 in a degree related to Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.

  • Ideally experienced with Siemens NX or Visual Basic.

  • A creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation.

  • Adaptable and able to perform under pressure in a team-focused environment.

  • Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels.
