About the Internship
Are you a high-achieving Finance or Accounting student looking for a challenging and rewarding internship with a global leader? Do you want hands-on experience across multiple industries while working alongside top professionals? If so, Honeywell’s Future Finance Leaders Internship Program is for you.
As an intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining real-world exposure to corporate finance. In addition to hands-on work, you’ll participate in:

After graduation, the Future Finance Leaders Program offers a comprehensive rotational experience combining:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or a Master’s in Accounting or Finance (MBA excluded) from an accredited institution
- Anticipated graduation date: December 2026
- Available to begin full-time employment between January 2027 and August 2027
- Ability to complete an internship prior to degree completion
- U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or holder of U.S. asylum or refugee status (due to export control regulations)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
