Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is actively seeking enthusiastic and motivated Junior Business Development Associates to join our dynamic remote team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and business growth. As a Junior BDA, you will support our business development initiatives by identifying leads, engaging prospects, and helping close deals. You will gain real-world experience in business strategy and customer engagement, all while working from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential clients and generate new business leads via digital platforms and cold outreach.

  • Assist in developing strategies to reach new market segments and industries.

  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and senior business development executives.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

  • Support the creation of proposals, pitch presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.

  • Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas for the business.

  • Build long-term professional relationships with prospects and existing clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients virtually.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

  • Basic understanding of business development principles and lead generation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Experience

  • No prior experience is required.

  • Internships, campus ambassador programs, or part-time sales experience will be considered an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (Remote, 5 days a week).

  • 4 to 6 hours per day depending on assignment and deliverables.

  • Occasional virtual team meetings and training sessions required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of online research techniques and lead databases (preferred).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable using digital communication tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and email.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

  • Goal-oriented and accountable for performance.
