As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for researching potential clients, identifying key decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. You will work closely with marketing and sales departments to execute targeted outreach campaigns, optimize lead pipelines, and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects within the SaaS and technology sectors using online tools, social media platforms, and industry databases.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns through email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, cold calling, and marketing automation tools.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing their fit, intent, and potential business value.

  • Maintain accurate lead data in the company’s CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring all communication and progress are tracked.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, messaging, and targeting criteria.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to gather information about client needs and determine sales readiness.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve lead conversion rates.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.

  • Stay up to date on B2B SaaS industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to strengthen prospecting approaches.

  • Support marketing efforts in A/B testing messaging, building lists, and executing nurture campaigns.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development roles (preferably in SaaS or tech startups).

  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).

  • Experience with lead research tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.

  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and email marketing strategies.

  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret lead data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Comfortable using automation and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven industries.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline growth goals.

  • Prior experience working in a remote, startup, or high-growth environment is a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Remote, Full-Time Role (USA Only)

  • Flexible working hours with overlap between EST and PST time zones.

  • Must be available for weekly virtual team meetings and progress updates.
