Job Summary
Sutherland Global Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead – Transaction Processing (Non-Voice Process) to supervise, guide, and drive performance within our back-office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in data processing while contributing to continuous process improvement. This is a non-voice role focused on high-volume, transactional work, suitable for professionals who thrive in a structured, quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Transaction Processing Associates in a non-voice, back-office environment.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of business transactions and data entry.

Monitor and evaluate team performance using established KPIs and SLAs.

Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with internal and client standards.

Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Act as the primary escalation point for complex transactions or process-related issues.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues and implement new initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum typing speed of 30-40 WPM with high accuracy.

Strong understanding of data entry systems, tools, and Excel-based reporting.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in transactional processing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Familiarity with ERP or workflow tools is an added advantage.
Experience
-
3+ years of relevant experience in a back-office/non-voice process environment.

1+ year of leadership experience in handling a team or supervising operations.

Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Rotational shifts (including night shifts and weekends depending on business requirements).

Flexibility to work in a 24×7 environment.
