Job Summary

Sutherland Global Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead – Transaction Processing (Non-Voice Process) to supervise, guide, and drive performance within our back-office team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in data processing while contributing to continuous process improvement. This is a non-voice role focused on high-volume, transactional work, suitable for professionals who thrive in a structured, quality-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Transaction Processing Associates in a non-voice, back-office environment.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of business transactions and data entry.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance using established KPIs and SLAs.

  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with internal and client standards.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex transactions or process-related issues.

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues and implement new initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum typing speed of 30-40 WPM with high accuracy.

  • Strong understanding of data entry systems, tools, and Excel-based reporting.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in transactional processing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with ERP or workflow tools is an added advantage.


Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a back-office/non-voice process environment.

  • 1+ year of leadership experience in handling a team or supervising operations.

  • Prior experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services environment is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts and weekends depending on business requirements).

  • Flexibility to work in a 24×7 environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (for internal coordination).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Capable of handling pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
