Fresher Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our remote administrative support team for a long-term, full-time position. This role is ideal for candidates based in the United States who have strong data management, Excel, and administrative coordination skills.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and organizing large volumes of data across multiple systems while providing administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities:

Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Prepare detailed reports and summaries using Excel functions and formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

Support administrative and back-office operations such as file management, record keeping, and document organization.

Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating dashboards and performance tracking tools.

Respond to data-related queries and provide administrative assistance to cross-functional teams.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company data protection policies.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and communicate any issues promptly.

Support management with ad-hoc projects involving research, reporting, and data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data visualization, and formatting).

Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) or similar cloud-based tools.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred).

Experience:

Working Hours:
