Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Tutor to teach Class 6 CBSE students in the subjects of Computer Science and Science. This is a work-from-home opportunity ideal for experienced educators, subject matter experts, or graduates with a flair for online teaching. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in a one-on-one or small group virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons for Class 6 students aligned with the CBSE curriculum.

Teach key topics in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Computer Science (Basics, Algorithms, Programming Logic).

Use digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards) to conduct effective online sessions.

Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.

Create assignments, quizzes, and tests to assess understanding.

Engage with parents/guardians to provide progress updates when necessary.

Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Science, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).

Strong understanding of Class 6 CBSE syllabus for both Science and Computer Science.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and in a student-friendly manner.

Comfortable with technology and online teaching platforms.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of online or offline teaching experience preferred.

Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours based on student availability and your schedule.

Preferred slots: Evening hours (4 PM to 8 PM IST) and Weekends.

Approx. 1–2 hours per day, depending on student enrollment.
