Key Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to encourage improvement.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes participation and confidence.
- Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including multimedia and technology, to enhance learning experiences.
- Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on teaching methodologies and language trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Tamil and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in teaching Tamil, either in a classroom or one-on-one setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet different learning styles and needs.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology is a plus.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in language instruction or tutoring, preferably in Tamil.
- Experience working with students of various ages, from children to adults, is highly desirable.
Working Hours
