As a Management Trainee in Human Resources, you will undergo a structured and immersive training program across multiple HR domains—Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Business Partnering. You will gain first-hand experience in shaping organizational culture, driving employee performance, and supporting Bosch’s mission to create an inspiring workplace where innovation thrives.
This program is designed to nurture future HR leaders who will play a critical role in managing talent, fostering growth, and driving strategic HR initiatives across Bosch’s diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a comprehensive HR training and rotational program covering key functional areas such as recruitment, employee relations, HR analytics, and development programs.

Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with Bosch’s business goals and people objectives.

Support the Talent Acquisition team in workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.

Contribute to the design and delivery of Learning & Development initiatives, leadership programs, and skill enhancement workshops.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.

Manage HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

Participate in HR data analysis to identify trends and propose improvements in employee satisfaction and productivity.

Assist in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Engage in projects that promote digital transformation and automation within HR processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of HRMS or ERP systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.

Internship or project experience in Human Resources, organizational behavior, or business administration will be an added advantage.
Working Hours:

Standard business hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Flexibility may be required during training sessions, HR events, or recruitment drives.
