Bosch Group is seeking highly motivated and analytical graduates to join our Management Trainee – Supply Chain & Logistics Program. This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who will drive operational excellence, optimize supply chain performance, and ensure the seamless movement of goods across our global network.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of supply chain management including procurement, inventory control, demand forecasting, production planning, logistics, and distribution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be mentored by industry experts to understand Bosch’s end-to-end value chain operations and the innovative technologies that support them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and optimizing supply chain processes from sourcing to final delivery.

  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, analyzing demand patterns, and ensuring material availability.

  • Participate in vendor management and supplier evaluation to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as procurement, production, logistics, and sales to streamline operations.

  • Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to demand forecasting and production planning using data-driven tools and analytics.

  • Support the implementation of Lean principles and digital supply chain solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Assist in monitoring transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

  • Participate in global and regional projects aimed at improving supply chain transparency and sustainability.

  • Ensure compliance with Bosch’s corporate standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Knowledge of supply chain principles such as Just-in-Time (JIT), Lean Management, and Total Quality Management (TQM).

  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • High adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.

  • Prior internship or academic project experience in logistics or manufacturing will be an added advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Full-Time Position

  • Standard business hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Flexibility may be required based on project or regional coordination needs.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, from sourcing to delivery.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and supply chain modeling techniques.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

  • Strong business acumen with the capability to analyze operational costs and recommend improvements.

  • Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic business environment.
