Responsibilities
1. Channel Expansion & Capability Building

Build strong direct partnerships with global and local financial institutions, card schemes, settlement banks, and major fintechs to strengthen Binance’s fiat infrastructure.

Maintain and optimize the existing PSP network to ensure comprehensive operational coverage.

Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including due diligence, commercial negotiation, compliance review, technical integration, testing, and launch optimization.

Continuously enhance core fiat channels to improve user experience, transaction success rates, cost efficiency, system reliability, and settlement performance.
2. Market Transformation & Payment Model Innovation

Support the creation of country-level strategies to evolve markets from P2P-driven to hybrid P2P + Fiat models, with clear transformation KPIs.

Identify and champion market-appropriate payment innovations such as open-banking rails, wallet-to-wallet transfers, or stablecoin-to-fiat settlement methods.

Work closely with local P2P teams to design phased transition plans that protect liquidity and ensure a smooth user experience.

Partner with product teams to test, iterate, and scale new payment flows, driving better conversion, broader channel adoption, and reduced friction across the user journey.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Finance, Business, or Law.

10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border business development.

Strong understanding of APAC payment ecosystems, including PSPs, card schemes, and key financial players.

Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Demonstrated ability to build partnerships from zero to scale.

Strong business judgment and execution skills; thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to align product, compliance, legal, and engineering stakeholders.
