Responsibilities:

Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

Deepen client relationships by understanding their needs, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.

Identify opportunities to enhance and expand the VIP team’s offerings and services.

Contribute to the optimization of customer service processes and overall team management.

Conduct regional market analysis and collaborate with local teams to uncover potential opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in sales or client services, preferably within international financial services, fintech, or investment sectors.

Strong knowledge of financial products; familiarity with derivatives is a plus.

Experience with trading platforms and understanding of basic market dynamics are advantageous.

Established network of clients, including institutional clients, HNWIs, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing team requirements.

Strong connections within the crypto community (KOLs, Community Leads, BDs, etc.) are a plus.

Passion for cryptocurrency; prior industry experience is advantageous.

Bilingual in English and Korean to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
