Responsibilities

Incident Management

  • Lead the end-to-end response to major incidents — including security breaches, hacking events, CEX disruptions, and other market-impacting issues — affecting Binance or listed projects.
  • Oversee root-cause analysis and evaluate business impact, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication to executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners to minimize risk exposure and drive sustainable, long-term resolutions.

Research & Risk Management

  • Direct the comprehensive assessment of listed token performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators, including adoption metrics, on-chain data, development activity, and community sentiment.
  • Identify emerging risks across listed tokens and proactively drive risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve project-related requests (e.g., rebrands, mainnet launches, swaps) through a structured, risk-based decision framework.
  • Produce concise, data-driven reports summarizing key insights, risks, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance monitoring systems, strengthen risk-detection capabilities, and streamline escalation procedures across the token-listing lifecycle.

Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee new token listings, ensuring operational readiness, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to internal governance standards.
  • Partner with multiple internal teams to support ongoing operational workflows such as airdrops, cross-chain swaps, and token migrations.
  • Continuously refine SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures to improve efficiency, clarity, and transparency.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in research, risk management, consulting, or related fields; background in crypto or financial markets strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with on-chain data analysis and strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics.
  • Deep knowledge of crypto market structures, including DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges (CEX), and cross-chain infrastructures.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Highly curious, self-driven, and passionate about learning in the rapidly evolving crypto and AI landscape.
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
