Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Grow existing accounts through ongoing communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Develop key client service processes, monitor account status, and maintain service quality.
  • Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, and collaborate with internal teams on client solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with clear KPIs; strong client acquisition/origination skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and able to work independently within a sales team.
  • 3–5 years experience in financial services (banking, investments, FX, etc.).
  • Experience working with institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks, or similar.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
