Role and Responsibilities
- Delivery & Execution: Responsible for successful execution of Telecommunications Network Planning, Design, Field Operations, and Software Solutions projects across the U.S.
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery with minimal customer handholding.
- Analyze daily project reports, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to avoid delivery slippages. This role will initially support one of our major U.S. customers, with plans to expand across additional accounts.
- Prior experience working with Tier 1 telecom service providers—especially AT&T—in Delivery, Program Management, or Technical Consulting roles is a strong advantage.
- Build proactive proposals by exploring ongoing engagements, identifying business opportunities, adjacencies, and innovation areas; collaborate with Sales and BD to improve win ratio and topline growth.
- Liaise with customers across multiple locations and coordinate closely with offshore teams.
- Customer Centricity: Build strong relationships with regional customer offices and conduct regular reviews.
- Attend periodic governance meetings (WebEx / in-person) and provide project status updates.
- Conduct regular meetings with project leads, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to address implementation challenges.
- Own P&L responsibility, meeting topline and GM% targets.
- Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Operations on revenue budgets, forecasting, and achievement.
- Support development of the NAM Technology Portfolio, including CSP propositions for organic growth with strategic accounts and inorganic growth across FTTx, CSP, and Enterprise offerings (partner-led and in-house).
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies; track and report operational metrics.

AT&T / OSP-Specific Requirements (Mandatory)
- Candidate must have significant experience with AT&T OSP Fielding and OSP Engineering, including designing, scoping, and planning Outside Plant fiber networks (FTTX, IFP).
- Hands-on experience with IQGEO, ARAMIS, WALDO, ESRI, and AutoCAD to interpret and validate buildable OSP designs.
- Strong knowledge of reviewing legacy copper Wire Center records and structures.
- Ability to translate field data into constructible designs while ensuring compliance with AT&T engineering standards and timelines.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Telecommunications.
- Delivery and technical pre-sales consulting experience with solid understanding of FTTx, G.Fast, Wireless (4G/LTE/5G), OSS, inventory management, and analytics.
- Working knowledge of evolving telecom trends in at least one of the following: 5G, SDN/NFV, or IoT (e.g., LoRa, Sigfox).
- Strong program management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel across the U.S.
