Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end user growth strategies across LATAM, focusing on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Oversee marketing operations, including campaign execution, channel optimization, and ROI tracking, to maximize growth results.

  • Partner with product operations to refine user journeys, optimize conversion funnels, and drive product adoption.

  • Support product marketing initiatives by launching new features, partnerships, and go-to-market campaigns to boost user awareness and adoption.

  • Conduct detailed performance analyses, identify challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform growth strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, product, BD, operations, data science, customer support) to align priorities and resources.

  • Independently design and execute growth initiatives while coordinating large-scale regional programs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing operations, product operations, or product marketing, preferably in tech, fintech, or related industries.

  • Proven success in driving measurable user growth through data-driven strategies and tactical execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in performance dashboards, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities with autonomy.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese, enabling effective coordination across regional markets.

  • Experience in LATAM markets is highly preferred; additional exposure to global regions (Europe, Asia, Middle East) is a plus.
