Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end user growth strategies across LATAM, focusing on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Oversee marketing operations, including campaign execution, channel optimization, and ROI tracking, to maximize growth results.

Partner with product operations to refine user journeys, optimize conversion funnels, and drive product adoption.

Support product marketing initiatives by launching new features, partnerships, and go-to-market campaigns to boost user awareness and adoption.

Conduct detailed performance analyses, identify challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform growth strategies.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, product, BD, operations, data science, customer support) to align priorities and resources.

Independently design and execute growth initiatives while coordinating large-scale regional programs.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in growth, marketing operations, product operations, or product marketing, preferably in tech, fintech, or related industries.

Proven success in driving measurable user growth through data-driven strategies and tactical execution.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in performance dashboards, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities with autonomy.

Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese, enabling effective coordination across regional markets.

Experience in LATAM markets is highly preferred; additional exposure to global regions (Europe, Asia, Middle East) is a plus.
