Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients, including global institutional and VIP clients.
- Deepen existing client relationships through regular engagement, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement key customer service processes and systems, define management protocols, and monitor the status of high-value clients.
- Analyze client behavior to identify hidden needs, prepare detailed key client reports, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal service solutions and product feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, including client acquisition or origination, with a track record of meeting clear sales KPIs.
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a sales team and collaborate with regional sales teams; experience attending and hosting events to acquire new clients.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or client services within an international financial environment (banking, investments, FX sales).
- Experience managing portfolios that include institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, proprietary trading firms, private banking clients, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and relationship-building abilities; capable of performing under pressure.
- Passionate about the crypto industry; prior industry experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
