Key Responsibilities
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support retention, revenue growth, and risk management.
* Handle origination, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services.
* Prepare approval documentation, assess financial strength, collateral value, and transaction risks.
* Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
* Expand share of wallet by cross-selling relevant financial solutions and increasing client engagement.
* Build strong internal and external networks to enhance the client experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure workout solutions and improve collateral security where required.
* Deliver tailored recommendations based on client business needs and financial goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
* Knowledge of credit products, lending structures, and risk analysis.
* Ability to identify sales opportunities and grow revenue within existing portfolios.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong commercial judgment with attention to detail.
* Understanding of the regulatory environment within financial services.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience in banking, lending, financial services, or relationship management.
* Experience in technology lending or SaaS client portfolios preferred.
* Relevant certifications may be advantageous but are not required.
