Responsibilities:

Gain deep insights into the needs and behaviors of VIP customers, leveraging user research and data analysis.

Design and implement end-to-end user experiences tailored to VIP customers, ensuring a premium and seamless journey.

Own and drive the product roadmap for VIP customer segments, prioritizing initiatives that maximize engagement and satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain VIP users, optimizing lifecycle value.

Support sourcing, negotiating, and managing large-scale partnerships to drive user growth and transaction volume on the Gulf Binance platform.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives successfully and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Thai, with the ability to read and verify foreign IDs/passports for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.

Prior experience in relationship management or VIP client management is highly desirable.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership; able to formulate strategies and execute plans independently.

Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and technology, with an ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
