Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of direct marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and analysis of performance metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring strategies are data-driven and relevant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend across various channels to maximize ROI.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report on the effectiveness of direct marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in direct marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project needs.
