Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve material-related issues in existing products and production processes.
- Develop and implement materials research strategies to support long-term innovation goals.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to document findings and propose material enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of polymer science, chemical engineering principles, and materials processing.
- Experience with materials testing techniques such as tensile testing, impact testing, and thermal analysis.
- Proficiency in using analytical software and tools for material property assessment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and practical application.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and present findings.
Experience
- Entry-level to 3 years of experience in materials engineering, chemical engineering, or polymer applications.
- Prior experience in a lab or R&D environment is highly advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with polymer synthesis, material testing, or manufacturing processes is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Standard office hours, with flexibility for occasional extended hours based on project demands.
