Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyse data to support effective project controls and reporting.

Track project progress by maintaining close communication with project teams and support functions.

Support timely task completion by identifying blockers and expediting actions as needed.

Attend production planning meetings to assist in prioritising manufacturing tasks and resolving project issues.

Prepare and maintain detailed project plans using a variety of project management tools.

Develop and manage work breakdown structures and integrate contract data into business systems.
-
Foster effective collaboration between engineering and manufacturing teams.

Produce cost-to-completion reports and other key project management deliverables.

Manage small-scale or non-technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Qualifications & Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting information.

A collaborative team player with enthusiasm, motivation, and the ability to influence others.

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.

Previous experience in a project management or project support office environment.

Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.
-
Experience in subcontractor management is a plus.

APM Introductory Certificate is desirable — training can be provided to help you gain this qualification.
