Key Responsibilities

• Respond to alerts and incidents in real-time, coordinating with relevant teams for swift resolution.
• Document incidents and generate reports to identify trends and improve monitoring processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system protocols and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring systems and strategies.
• Provide support during high-traffic hours, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a monitoring or support role, preferably in a tech or remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools and software; familiarity with Amazon systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a live monitoring, IT support, or similar role.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and escalation protocols.

Working Hours

• Night shift: 10 PM – 6 AM (flexible hours may be required based on operational needs).
