Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.

Experience

  • Prior experience in an administrative or accounting role is preferred but not required.
  • Recent graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
