Job Summary:
Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing office operations and providing personal assistance to senior management, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth remote working environment.
- Provide personal assistance to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and update company databases and records.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or as a personal assistant.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, flexible hours.
