Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Online Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer support processes.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for service enhancements.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or account support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience working in an online support environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility in working hours is required, including some weekends and holidays.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to empathize with customers and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with online account management systems and tools.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and software applications quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
