Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via online chat or messaging systems with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate, prompt, and effective responses to customer questions about products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues.

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner while maintaining company service standards.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM systems.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

  • Continuously update product and process knowledge through ongoing training.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in all customer interactions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent written communication and typing skills (minimum 35–40 words per minute with accuracy).

  • Strong command of the English language with good grammar and vocabulary.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.

  • Basic technical proficiency with computers, chat tools, and CRM systems.

  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Adaptability to shift work, process changes, and new technologies.


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer service, chat process, or BPO operations is a plus.

  • Experience working in remote or virtual environments is desirable but not mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time remote position with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
